Our experienced staff will choose the best activities, lessons, crafts, and presentations from across the summer to create a week full of wild adventures! Campers' favorite activities often include frog and bug hunts, s'more from solar ovens, paracord survival bracelets, teepee building, creek exploration, wildlife searches, examining mammal skulls and skins, nature collages, scavenger hunts, creating water filters, designing aluminum foil boats, and landscape reflection paintings. This is a week you won't want to miss!

Ever wondered where your food comes from? Or where it's grown? Come learn how to live (and eat!) more sustainably by meeting local farmers, learning about the inner workings of farms and the food we eat, and preparing a healthy farm fresh meal. We’ll visit urban farmers around Denver, as well as farmer’s markets around the city to talk to and learn from the people who grow our food. We'll also create and plant an herb garden for our homes! We will dive into the benefits of understanding where our food comes from, while creating fun, fresh, and tasty dishes! Material fee - $50

Eco-Engineers will use outdoor expeditions, firsthand nature encounters, and problem-solving challenges to think like scientiests about the natural world! Campers will visit nature's master builders at a beaver dam, then build their own popsicle stick bridges. They'll watch ducks float and dive from the bird blind, then design boats to test in the creek. Solar oven s'mores will be a delicious snack after a scavenger hunt for different leaf shapes that harness sunlight. Engage your child's natural curiosity with these activities and more!
